I'm a school counselor in New Orleans, and I cannot wait to share this website with my girls. They already endure so many problems in this city (tons of self-esteem issues) and this will be an EXCELLENT tool to add in working with these brilliant, beautiful, creative girls. THANK YOU!! Having two older brothers, my daughter played with trucks, trains and Legos as much as, if not more,than her dolls! I think it would be positive and more balanced to add a Brio, Lego, or other "male" oriented sponsor---for all the tomboys out there!!! It is a cute Barbie ad, though--I still remember getting my Barbie house
when I was eight!

This is a great show. Takes me back to the day when I had faith in my ideas. I'm inspired to share my ideas as an adult now just seeing how alive they make me feel. By the way, the Barbies are an advertisement and bring girls active imaginations.I would get brain farts when the story lines my cousin and I made up were not going anywhere.
Chill out on the Barbie comments. It's a doll. Girls like to play with dolls. Some smart girls like to play with dolls, Some creative girls like to play with dolls. It's not a feminist statement. It's not about body image. It's not about sex. It's a doll! Relax.
