I think it was pretty neat how he knew he had a calling, wasn't sure what though. Started with pencil doing 2D art then found his calling by creating sculptures. I think it would be very hard to hear people critiquing your work, because they might not see or understand the meaning you put behind the sculpture. Very interesting and unusual artwork!

Saw his work many years ago in L.A., was amazed, liked no other modern art as well as his. More than a decade later, lost track of him, his work, even his name. Going through all my old and saved paperwork and found his name on an old envelope. Jackpot, blastoff, yeehaw. His artwork speaks all languages and travels a different path through every brain it encounters.

This work is brilliant, subtle, with a sharp combination of deep emotion and humor, the mark of a sincere, and quite modern artist.
