Talent: F. Scott Hess - Collector

F. Scott Hess (born 1955 in Baltimore, MD) was educated at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the Vienna Academy of Fine Art in Austria. He has exhibited internationally for over thirty years, with recent solo shows at the Orange County Museum of Art, the Laguna Museum of Art, and Hackett-Freedman Gallery in San Francisco. Hess is a resident of Los Angeles, California, since 1984.
