god!! this so interesting!!

I'm confused,
White chocolate is cocoa butter and cocoa powder without cocoa liquor? yet you said cocoa liquor is separated to make cocoa butter and cocoa powder. so to my understanding if you leave out cocoa liquor then you have nothing. please help clarify this for me, thanks.

your question doesn't make sense, you should listen to Oculous Sinister on myspace for assistance. I find that it helps me sort out my daily confusions. hope i helped

I'm in love!

You forgot Phenethylamine!

CAS number: [64-04-0]
Molecular formula: C8H11N

It is often suggested that PEA is responsible for feelings of "being in love". Though I would personally like to see more research on this topic.

Still, unless you are aware of studies contradicting the claimed psychoactive effects of PEA, it seems it deserved a mention in this episode.

Oh, and by the way - I love the show. Keep it up!

:)

You and Alton Brown: a natural fit! I'd love to see a show with you two debating. Let's try the effects of salt! Alton always has people in lab coats on the show but they are I believe just props.
