I really like that you dig "Jamaica" as it is a traditional drink especially consumed in the Holidays season in my home country of JAMAICA. Back home we call it "Sorrel" and like it best made with White Rum and fresh ginger. Also makes a great infusion with my favorite SKYY vodka! Thanks Flighty! Cheers.
