This show was not easy to produce, I'm sure, and you don't seem to be affiliated with a restaurant. How does something like this make money? How can I help?

I'm not sure why everyone wants to cook the wine down. If you pour wine right over spaghetti it makes a great sauce in its own right without any other ingredient. But of course, the Spinach and garlic and all are great too.

That looks awesome. I'm going to have try this one. Spinach has such a rich flavor.

I love scaloppine! This video showed me how to cook some that is a lot cheaper and healthier than the recipe that I usually make! Thanks Budget Health Nut!

If you don't make a new show soon I'm giving up on you.

I found the recipe under the Credits tab on the right
