Joe (and crew)--thanks for the awesome recipes and great work on a very worthy show. The continuous split-screen and supplemental info at the bottom flow nicely too.
On the flip side, when you make something delicious that looks higher in calories (referring to the appetizers)...well, the dietitian starts looking witch-like by the end. I almost winced when she started counting calories. At the same time, it's good to have that devil...err...I mean "angel" on your shoulder telling you what's good and bad, right?
Oh, and you're definitely a natural in front of the camera. No doubt.
This show is great, the host is REAL, I've already tried a couple of Joe's recipe's and well, what can we say. When you go National, don't forget to keep it real - baby! Peace and Love!
Leaving the recipe is easy I use a recipe program that exports the recipe cards out in HTML and I just upload it. The program also anaylizes the nutrition and puts out a panel. They print out nice even from the web to make a quick cook book you can include photos of the recipe as well. It would be nice to have the photo then hit play to watch the video of it. You can embed the video as the photo since its output in HTML. I'll try it let you know.
"I love you meat! I cant wait to eat you!" Classic keep it up.
it looks like great, but I would like a print out of the recipe and the quantities so that I can make it myself.
okay - you people who dont think Joe's comfortable in front of the camera are crazy. he's totally natural, very likable too. love the ep recipe Joe. Thanks.
Thank you Joe for my favorite recipe. I'm from Detroit and also lived in Chicago where they served excellent EP, but now live in Arkansas. You have helped me make my favorite dish. I think your personality is great
I like the host (he seems natural to me) and the recipe sounds good, though pretty simple...but that probably works better for this kind of show.
Like the knife tricks, would love more detail on ingredient amounts, baking time, etc. Joe, loosen up!
Ya me think he two should have a few more wine. (sarcastic)
BHN-good concept, mediocre production, unnatural host
I like the objective of this show, but I don't think Joe is very comfortable in front of the camera. Have a few more wine BEFORE the cameras roll.
It would be great to add a way to print out each recipe.
Do NOT watch this show in between breakfast and lunch, you'll get hungry! Great recipe, even cooler information about it!
