Humbre Finch, Whip-In's Sommelier, gives us a glimpse into his world of wine, a world where you don't have to be sophisticated to drink wine, and appreciating wine is a slow and enjoyable process. His first memory of wine being Humbre's uncles' homemade fruit wine, it's really not too surprising that this down to earth guy was drawn to wine. Known for understanding people's palates, Humbre let's us know his favorite wine varietals, Malbec, Carminere, and Red Zinfandel.
