Food Science - Microwaving Eggs

I've watched a few episodes of Food Science and in every episode you seem to leave out an important piece of information. In the microwave eggs segment, you don't say how long to cook the eggs. How much time do you actually save since boiling an egg isn't to difficult or messy. I kind of like the dancing. Thanks.

Flighty, You left us hanging with your ginger sugar. What do you do with the ginger sugar after it has cooked for an hour? Do you strain it? How do you store it? How long will it last? Thanks.

Same question as above: where can I get liquid nitrogen & is it harmful? Dissappointed that these 2 questions weren't covered in the piece - seems pretty obvious.
