I would assume that you are correct. If necessary though, this could be fit in with other shows of similiar or shorter length to create the proper 25 minute time length.
If you use Firefox, try downloading the "download helper" app. It's got some conversion tools in it, but I must admit I've never used them, so I have no idea how to access them. If you can't find the built-in tools, try using something like "any video converter free".
