I have loved watching the episodes. I watch and I ACTUALLY FEEL like I can make these dishes!! The only comment I have about the Appetizer video is I didn't see the honey mustard in there anywhere. I watched it a few times too. Also, first he says to put the mushrooms in the oven for 7-8 minutes, until the cream cheese starts to ooze. Then later he says to put them in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
It would be nice if in the beginning, or end, there was a list of ingredients, I could pause it and write it down.
