As the husband of an African American woman and an educator of African American children, I thoroughly enjoyed the video. I feel that racism and the race supremacy mindset has its roots in racial perception. For instance, European slave traders felt they could exploit West Africans because of a perception that the Africans were "uncivilized savages." Thanks to "I am Blackness" and to African Americans like Adele Berry for their work in presenting a more realistic view of the African American people which is positive.
