Stump the Chef - Lamb, Frozen Dinner Rolls, Banana Chips

Hmm. Looks like he should have had more fat content in his sausage so it wouldn't taste so dry. If he'd thrown in some pork fat into the grinder, that would have helped. Lamb just isn't in everybody's pallete either. Oh well.

Miss Flighty,

You may remember me from your Mary Ann With Ginger cocktail asking about infusions. I have a lot to say, so I apologize if this post is too long. If memory serves, in your Ginger Syrup episode, you mentioned that you couldn't find a good ginger ale with real ginger flavor. I think I may have found what you're looking for. You can order any of these from the internet.

'Reed's Original Ginger Brew' has an incredible taste of ginger. It's from Jamaica. Order it from the internet, or see if your local health food store carries it. Try it. I can't convey in words how strongly of ginger this stuff tastes. That's why I put it first.

'Boylan Bottleworks' Ginger Ale. This company makes great sodas, you should try the Black Cherry and tell me it doesn't inspire you. Anyway, haven't tried their ginger ale, but I'll be ordering a case soon because I've heard good things.

'Blenheim Ginger Ale'. I might order this once I'm finished with my case of Boylan's.

As you've said many times before, R and D is so important, and as a young and budding mixologist, I just wanted to pass my enthusiasm about these particular ginger ales to you.

Sincerely, Disco Volante

P.S. Could you please tell me what brand you use in this video?

Miss Flighty,

Will you ever do a show on infused liquors?

Cocktails on the Fly - Negroni
re: Opinion.alchemist It can be served either way, but it's most commonly done in a cocktail glass. As long as she's making it in a way that the customers like, authenticity is of little importance.

I think the bitters allows Alberta to add that kick of orange that the flamed orange peel would have without being a fire hazard. That's a pretty good idea. I will compare and contrast for myself. You're a lot of fun to watch!

Are you going to be doing an Alberta Essential Brandied Cherries?
Cocktails on the Fly - Lemon Drop

Miss Flighty,

The other day, I decided to try this recipe with my lemoncello. It turned out great! Do you think you could do a show about infusing alcohols soon?
